About Returns

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for all products.



About Exchanges

If your item has a quality defect (non-human damage) within 14 days of purchase or delivery, you are eligible for a one-time exchange.


Eligible Defects Include (and are limited to):Exchanges are only valid for the following situations:

  • Broken clasps, earring posts, or chains that prevent the item from being worn
  • Fallen stones (cubic zirconia, natural crystals, or pearls)

Please contact us immediately to arrange your exchange. You can exchange the item in person at our physical stores or mail it back to our designated address via SF Express Collect (Pay on Delivery). 

Lingering Accessories will cover all shipping fees incurred for eligible exchanges to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.


Please be noted that :

  1. Overdue exchange requests will not be accepted.
  2. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
  3. Exchanges are restricted to the same item in the exact same color and style.
  4. Minor flaws caused during transit, such as tiny scratches, do not qualify for an exchange.
  5. Slight color variations between the physical item and photos due to lighting conditions are normal and do not qualify for an exchange.
