About Order Cancellation 

After the order confirmation on our website, if you request an order cancellation on account of personal reasons, you will be assessed a 3% transactions fee by the third party, eg. Credit card company, while $50 administration fee will be charged by us. Please be noted that we do not accept order cancellation for preorder products.  


About Returns

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for all products.



About Exchanges

You have 3 calendar days to exchange a product from the date you received it if there are product quality problems non-human damage).


Exchanges are only valid for the following situations:

-the damage of a clasp/stud/chain making the product impossible to wear

-the falling out of a zircon / natural rock/pearl


Please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a one-time-off exchange. All shipping costs incurred by this exchange will be paid by Lingering Accessories.

1. All exchanges are only valid for 3 days from the date you received them.

2. Every order may enjoy exchange service for one time only.

3. Only the same style and color items will be exchanged. (Exchanges for other styles or colors will not be accepted)

4. The minor damage caused during the shipping process is not a product quality problem.

To achieve a better shopping experience for you, all 925 sterling silver accessories purchased on our website from 1/9/2021 may enjoy a permanent free cleaning service.

  • You may leave your accessories at our store and send it by SF Express to us.It takes 7-14 days to clean yur accessories.(Please contact us for recipient information if you would like to send it to us.)
