Free SF delivery on orders over HK$899

Orders have not met free delivery promotion requirement:

1. SF Express - Pickup at SF Store / SF Locker / SF Business Station , $30 will be charged. 
2. SF Express - Pickup at 7-11/OK Store, $30 will be charged. 
3. SF Express - Home Delivery $30 will be charged.

Taiwan / Malaysia / Singapore / Macau

We offer free delivery on orders over HK$1299.

Malaysia / Singapore Orders have not met free delivery promotion requirement, HK$65.5 and HK$69.5 postage will be charged respectively. (Delivered within 6 - 11 Business Days)

Taiwan / Macau Orders have not met free delivery promotion requirement, HK$94 and HK$43 postage will be charged respectively. (Delivered within 5 - 7 Business Days)

International Orders

We provide free shipping for the following countries on orders overall HKD 2500. ( Otherwise, freight will be charged. ) 

• Korea ( Postage : HK$56 )
• Belgium / Canada / Spain / Greece / Italy / New Zealand ( Postage : HK$59.5 )

The above countries will be shipped by surface registered mail which requires 14 - 28 business days.

• France / Germany ( Postage : HK$70 )
• Australia ( Postage : HK$82 )
• UK ( Postage : HK$58 )
• Netherlands / Sweden ( Postage : HK$96 )
• US ( Postage : HK$102.5 )
• Portugal ( Postage : HK$111 )

The above countries will be shipped by e-Express which requires 7 - 14 business days.

How long does the shipping take?

For SF Delivery : ( Delivery Time: 1 - 2 Working Days )

• If the order payment is completed before (Hong Kong Time Zone, GMT+8) 3:00 p.m. of working days, the non-preorder order will be dispatched within that working day.
• If the order payment is completed after (Hong Kong Time Zone, GMT+8) 3:00 p.m. of working days, the non-preorder order will be dispatched on the next working day.

For International orders: ( Delivery Time : 7 - 28 Working Days )

• If the order payment is completed before (Hong Kong Time Zone, GMT+8) 3:00 p.m. of working days, the non-preorder order will be dispatched on the next working day. 

• Owing to insufficient air traffic capacity provided by airlines, it may take extra time (1 - 2 weeks) in waiting for air allotment to convey airmail items to certain destinations. In addition, local postal operations at the destinations are still under the influence of the pandemic, and delays in mail delivery are expected.

• Please note that if your orders include​ preorder items, the orders will be dispatched within 7 -14 days.
• Orders will only be dispatched on working days, Saturdays and Sundays are not included.
