Blacklist Policy
We promise that you have 3 calendar days to exchange a product from the date you received it if there are product quality problems (non-human damage).
Exchanges are only valid for the following situations:
-the damage of a clasp/stud/chain making the product impossible to wear
-the falling out of a zircon / natural rock/pearl
Please be noted that :
1. All exchanges are only valid for 3 days from the date you received them.
2. Every order may enjoy exchange service for one time only.
3. Only the same style and color items will be exchanged. (Exchanges for other styles or colors will not be accepted)
4. The minor damage caused during the shipping process is not a product quality problem.
4. The minor color difference between the products on photos and the physical products is not a product quality problem.
However,if there is anyone who is unwilling to respect our exchange policy and requests to exchange a product for any other reasons (e.g. Personal Preference), we will provide a full refund for the order and blacklist the account for good.
