All products are supplied by vendors and wholesalers directly to us and selected by us with high-quality standards.
All photos of our products are shot by ourselves under natural sunlight, while the videos in our product pages are filmed indoors under white light. Please be noted that there are minor color differences between the products on photos shown on different monitors of digital devices, which is not a product quality problem.
About Price
Prices are shown on the Sites in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavors to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors.
If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
About Preorder
If there is a pre-order product in your order, it will be dispatched in 7-14 days. If the pre-order product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible via Whatsapp or email.

About Returns
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for all products.
About Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days to exchange a product from the date you received it if there are product quality problems （non-human damage).
Exchanges are only valid for the following situations:
-the damage of a clasp/stud/chain making the product impossible to wear
-the falling out of a zircon / natural rock/pearl
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a one-time-off exchange. All shipping costs incurred by this exchange will be paid by Lingering Accessories.
Please be noted that :
1. All exchanges are only valid for 14 days from the date you received them.
2. Every order may enjoy exchange service for one time only.
3. Only the same style and color items will be exchanged. (Exchanges for other styles or colors will not be accepted)
4. The minor damage caused during the shipping process is not a product quality problem.
5. The minor color difference between the products on photos and the physical products is not a product quality problem.
6. Personal preference will be not accepted as the reason for exchanges.
About Permanent Free Cleaning Service

1. Since all shipping costs incurred by this exchange will be paid by customers, all parcels not completed payment will not be received.
2. The risks of damage caused during the shipping process are taken by customers. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
